Monitoring & Evaluation
BGCLS continues to run an extensive monitoring and evaluation program that is integrated into our service delivery model.
The aim of the program is to monitor client experiences and evaluate the impact that BGCLS has made to the client. We also use the data to make informed strategic goals and ensure that we are providing services using a client centred approach.
In 2021-2022 we have continued to implement existing measurement and outcomes tools. Adaptations were made during lockdowns to ensure clients were given the opportunity to provide feedback regardless of the mode of delivery.
The program continues to gather evidence to support ongoing and future funding opportunities, to guide the improvement of program effectiveness, and to focus on client wellbeing as well as legal outcomes.
